译文
大江辽阔，千里茫茫，只有我一只小船在江中孤零零司州没有伴。
只有以前在家中楼上看到的月亮，或远或近总是伴随着我。
起风前它四周先围着一个彩环，散雾时它又像急速游动向前。
倘如它能永远象一把园扇，可以拂去艳情场上的尘烟。
注释
大江：指诗人月夜泛舟所在的江。无考证。
无四邻：指周围没有其他船只。
唯余：只有。故楼：指家乡之楼。月随人行，故现在照“我”之月，仍是“故楼月”。
入风：遇风。晕：月四周有时有云气围绕如环叫做月晕。
排雾：冲开、排开云雾。轮：月轮。
似扇：古人咏扇的诗赋形容扇的圆常以月为比，诗中倒转过来，以扇比月。
堪：能，可。拂：拂拭。艳歌尘：指唱艳歌的人身上的尘土。

舟中望月创作背景
梁元帝萧绎在位仅三年，国内的变乱和外来的祸患，使得国家没有安宁的时候。朱超官至中书舍人，长期服侍元帝，也有爱国忠君之心。面对皇帝遇难，国家破灭，作为臣子却只有报国救驾之心，而没有报国救驾之力。怀着这样沉重的心情，诗人于月夜泛舟“大江”之上，乃作此诗《舟中望月》。

舟中望月鉴赏
“大江阔千里，孤舟无四邻”，开头两句交待了望月的时间、地点、环境。江，是横阔千里、浩渺无际的大江；舟，是孤舟，无四邻的孤舟。二者对比鲜明，表达了诗人旅途的孤寂。而旅途的孤寂又无处诉说，只有遥寄明月了，为引出下文做了铺垫。
“唯余故楼月，远近必随人”，承接上句。诗人展开奇思妙想：他不觉孤独，认定此月正是老家楼上常见的那轮明月，原是“旧时相识”，因而不管自己去家远或近，它始终不离不弃跟随在身边，更深层地表达出了思恋与孤独之苦。诗人不再觉得孤寂，精神便不颓丧了。由此又自然列入三联对“故楼月”的描写，仍用拟人的方法。
“入风先绕晕，排雾急移轮”，诗人一抛写月常用手法，别出心裁，故作错觉。月见风来袭，便让晕来围绕；见云雾来遮，便急忙调转车轮驶走。忽明忽暗之间，也暗示诗人思绪的起伏不定：感激它为照我陪我而作的辛勤，赞美它那艰难的经历和勇于防范的精神，这种模棱的认识又延续下去。
“若教长似扇，堪拂艳歌尘”，此联以扇拟月，抒发人生感慨，设想它若长圆不缺似团扇，就能用来为唱艳歌的拂尘了。这里月似团扇，歌者持此唱着艳歌，更是美女，诗人借喻远在千里外的心中人。由“故楼月”到“故楼人”，经过一些联想的中介，怀人的意思就曲折地表达了出来，合情合理，耐人寻味。
