捭阖纵横的典故

战国时期，各诸侯国之间都想对付秦国，但是他们的态度分为两派，以张仪为首的一帮人到处游说服从秦的领导，支持秦国统一六国，这一派叫横；以苏秦为首的鼓吹六国联合起来对付秦国的叫纵，但他们各自为政，最终被秦所灭。
