不求甚解的典故

陶渊明十八岁那年为自己写了一篇文章，取名《五柳先生传》。陶渊明文章的开头是这样的：先生不知道是哪里人，也不清楚他的姓名。他的住宅旁边有五棵柳树，因而就以“五柳”作为自己的号了。先生喜爱闲静，不多说话，也不羡慕荣华利禄。很喜欢读书，似对所读的书不执着于字句的解释；每当对书中的意义有一些体会的时候，便高兴得忘了吃饭。生性爱喝酒，可是因为家里贫穷，不能常得到酒喝。亲戚朋友知道我这个情况，所以时常备了酒邀我去喝。而我呢，到那里去总是把他们备的酒喝光。
