商朝时期，姜尚（姜太公）才学过人，精通兵法，但因家贫，他的妻子马氏见他年老没出息就离开他，他只好到渭水边搭茅屋钓鱼为生，周文王拜他为国师，姜太公助周文王灭了商朝，他的妻子要求复合，他取一盆水泼地如能收回就复合。
