舍身取义的典故
春秋末期，大夫赵襄子杀了大夫智伯。智伯的心腹豫让发誓舍身取义要杀赵襄子，他潜入赵襄子的宅内行刺未遂。赵襄子佩服他的义气放了他。后来他把全身漆成癞子，吞下烧红的炭使声音变哑，再次去行刺未遂而自杀。
