悬鞀建铎的典故
大禹统治时期，他在住地附近设置钟、鼓、磬、铎、鞀五种乐器，并规定四方的贤人如何使用：传道的人击鼓，谕义的就敲钟，告事的就振铎，讲忧虑的就敲磬，有冤狱的就摇鞀。于是大禹就凭听这五种声音而处理。
