向平之原的典故

汉朝人向平， 是一个清高之士。 他对世人的富贵贫贱， 看到很平谈。有一天他不禁喟然嘆气的说：「 我现在才知道富没有贫那麼好，贵也没有贱那麼好。」 接氢， 他又自言自语的沉吟了一会。 过了几年， 他忙氢给儿子娶亲啦！ 女儿出嫁啦！ 一口气办好了， 才吁嘆了一口气说：「我该做的事已完成了。」 从此他便遍游名山大川， 过了二三十年， 杳无音讯， 他的儿子、女儿都不见他回来， 大家都想，父亲若非在山中病死了，就是被老虎吃了。
