蹇人上天的典故
王莽末年，天下大乱，隗嚣少年时生病脚跛，他的野心不小，在天水起兵反王莽，后来屯据陕甘一带，他想称帝，被东汉光武帝刘秀率军歼灭。在他称帝前，天水一带流传童谣：“出吴门，望缇群。见一蹇人，言欲上天；令天可上，地上安得民！”
