杀一警百的典故
西汉时期，河东太守田延年巡视霍光的家乡平阳发现市场吏尹翁归是个难得的人才，于是奏请皇上任命他为东海太守。东海郡是一个土豪称霸、强盗横行的地方，尹翁归决定采取杀一警百，处决豪强许仲孙，于是没人敢犯法了，东海变得安定起来。
