管中窥豹的典故

王献之，是东晋著名书法家王羲之的末子，十分聪明。长大后他也成为了一位著名的书法家，与父亲并称“二王”。

有一天，他父亲的几个学生在玩打牌。在一旁观看的献之竟然能够给他人出谋，说上几句行内话。哪知学生们都笑他道：“此郎亦管中窥豹，时见一斑！”

献之看到他们这样说自己，不禁大愤，说道：“远惭荀奉倩，近愧刘真长。”就甩开袖子走了（遂拂袖而去）。

“管中窥豹”、“拂袖而去”二成语皆出于此。
