春秋时期，孔子认为仁包括恭、宽、信、敏、惠、智、勇、忠、恕、孝、悌等，实行的方法是“己所不欲，勿施于人”和“己欲立而立人，己欲达而达人”。弟子问怎样才能做到“仁”，孔子说：“克己复礼。”
