战国时期，宋国人惠施为梁惠王的相辅，有人说庄子将会取代惠子为相辅，惠子急了派人在国内搜了三天三夜。庄子与惠子在濠水的桥梁上散步相遇，庄子说水中的鱼儿很快乐，惠子问为什么快乐？庄子说他很快乐，所以看到鱼儿就很快乐。
